Shipping Policy

Perigee Growth LLC provides business services and digital deliverables. We do not sell or ship physical goods through this website.

Effective: October 2, 2026

No physical shipping

Our services concern affiliate marketing management, partner development, campaign coordination, and performance reporting. There is no retail storefront, shopping cart, warehouse fulfillment, or physical delivery service on this website. References to delivery in a contract generally concern professional services or digital work products rather than parcels. Visitors seeking information about the shipment, return, or warranty of a consumer product should contact the retailer or brand from which that product was purchased. Perigee Growth does not take possession of client inventory, fulfill customer purchases, issue carrier labels, or accept product returns unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.

Digital delivery methods

Depending on scope, deliverables may include strategy documents, partner research, outreach records, campaign calendars, approved communication resources, platform configuration records, performance reports, meeting notes, or written recommendations. These items may be transferred through email, a secure shared workspace, a client-selected platform, or another digital channel approved by the parties. The client is responsible for maintaining accurate recipient information and appropriate access controls. Delivery is considered complete according to the confirmation method stated in the contract, which may include sending to the designated address, placing a file in the approved workspace, or making information available in the relevant platform.

Timing, milestones, and approvals

Service timing and delivery milestones are established in a contract, statement of work, campaign calendar, or other written plan. Dates may depend on receiving client information, platform access, creative resources, promotional terms, legal or brand approvals, and feedback by agreed deadlines. If the client delays a required dependency, related dates may move by a commercially reasonable period. Reporting schedules may also depend on when third-party platforms finalize or revise data. Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, a website description or initial discussion does not create a guaranteed delivery date. Material timing changes should be communicated through the project’s approved business channel.

Delivery interruptions and corrections

Digital delivery may be affected by email filtering, platform outages, access restrictions, network incidents, security reviews, third-party account decisions, or events beyond reasonable control. We will communicate known material impacts and use a reasonable alternative delivery method where appropriate. A client should report an inaccessible, corrupted, incomplete, or incorrectly addressed deliverable promptly and provide enough detail for investigation. When the issue is within our responsibility and can reasonably be corrected, we will re-send, replace, or restore access. Delays caused by unauthorized account changes, expired client credentials, or unsupported third-party systems may require revised timing or additional scope.

Acceptance and recordkeeping

Acceptance criteria, review windows, revision limits, and approval procedures are governed by the client agreement. A client should review delivered materials promptly and identify any claimed nonconformity with reference to the agreed scope. Silence, use of a deliverable, campaign launch, or expiration of an agreed review period may constitute acceptance when the contract says so. Both parties should retain relevant delivery notices, approvals, versions, and correspondence. Completion of a digital delivery does not transfer ownership beyond the rights stated in the applicable agreement and does not waive outstanding payment, confidentiality, or post-termination obligations.

Business relationship and written agreements

This website provides general information about Perigee Growth LLC and a channel for business inquiries. Submitting a form, sending an email, or reviewing website content does not create a client relationship, authorize work, or replace a signed agreement. Services begin only after the parties complete appropriate discussions and agree in writing to scope, responsibilities, timing, fees, and other commercial terms. If a signed contract or statement of work contains terms that differ from this website policy, the signed agreement controls for that engagement to the extent permitted by applicable law. Prospective clients should retain a copy of every agreement and policy relevant to their services.

Electronic communications and records

Clients and prospective clients may communicate with us through email, website forms, shared workspaces, or other approved business channels. They are responsible for providing accurate contact information and for protecting access to their own accounts. We may retain correspondence, approvals, project records, invoices, and delivery confirmations when reasonably needed for service performance, security, dispute handling, legal obligations, and legitimate business administration. Electronic communications can be delayed, filtered, misdirected, or accessed through a compromised account. Sensitive credentials should not be sent through an unapproved channel, and suspected account compromise should be reported promptly.

Policy updates and interpretation

We may revise this policy when our services, operational practices, legal obligations, or third-party relationships change. The updated version will be posted on this website with an effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires another approach. Headings are provided for readability and do not limit the meaning of the underlying text. If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law. A delay in enforcing a provision does not permanently waive the right to enforce it. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice.
