Returns Policy

Professional affiliate marketing services are not physical goods. This policy explains general cancellation, refund, and service-resolution principles.

Effective: October 2, 2026

Professional services are not returnable goods

Perigee Growth provides time, expertise, coordination, research, administration, analysis, and digital deliverables. Those services cannot be placed back into inventory or returned in the manner of a physical product. Accordingly, consumer merchandise return rules do not describe our business relationship. Cancellation rights, notice periods, refund eligibility, final invoices, and transition duties are governed by the signed client agreement. A website inquiry can be withdrawn at any time before a contract is signed, but withdrawing an inquiry does not create a refund claim because no service payment should be collected through the public website.

Fees generally not refundable

Fees allocated to completed strategy, program administration, partner research, outreach, campaign coordination, account management, meetings, analysis, reporting, or other performed work are generally not refundable. Deposits may be nonrefundable when they reserve capacity or cover onboarding work, as stated in the agreement. Third-party costs, platform charges, creator commitments, publisher placements, approved expenses, and other amounts already incurred or irrevocably committed are also generally not refundable. If a client ends an engagement for convenience, the client remains responsible for work performed and authorized commitments through the effective termination date, together with any notice-period or wind-down fees stated in the contract.

Service concerns and opportunity to remedy

A client that believes a material contracted service was not provided should send written notice identifying the requirement, relevant facts, supporting records, and requested resolution. The client should allow a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remedy a verified issue when remediation is possible. Appropriate remedies may include correcting a report, completing an omitted agreed activity, clarifying a record, restoring access to an available deliverable, or providing another response stated in the contract. A refund is not automatic merely because performance results differ from hopes or forecasts, because no particular marketing outcome is guaranteed.

Potential refund calculation

If the parties determine that a refund is required under a signed agreement, the amount is calculated from the portion of prepaid fees allocated to qualifying, unperformed services after subtracting completed work, earned milestones, noncancelable commitments, approved expenses, and other amounts due. The parties may document the calculation and any release, credit, or transition terms in writing. Approved refunds are issued through a commercially appropriate method within the period stated in the agreement or settlement. Processing time can depend on financial institutions and verification requirements. Perigee Growth does not ask a client to provide complete card or banking credentials by email to receive a refund.

Excluded grounds and termination effects

A change in the client’s budget, strategy, staffing, product availability, market conditions, or need for the service does not by itself establish provider fault. Likewise, third-party platform decisions, partner choices, tracking limitations, lower-than-expected traffic or sales, or delays caused by missing client access, materials, approvals, or payment do not automatically create a refund right. After termination, we stop work according to the agreement, preserve or return client materials as required, remove access when appropriate, deliver eligible completed items, and issue any final invoice or approved credit. Confidentiality, intellectual property, payment, dispute, and record-retention provisions may continue after termination.

Business relationship and written agreements

This website provides general information about Perigee Growth LLC and a channel for business inquiries. Submitting a form, sending an email, or reviewing website content does not create a client relationship, authorize work, or replace a signed agreement. Services begin only after the parties complete appropriate discussions and agree in writing to scope, responsibilities, timing, fees, and other commercial terms. If a signed contract or statement of work contains terms that differ from this website policy, the signed agreement controls for that engagement to the extent permitted by applicable law. Prospective clients should retain a copy of every agreement and policy relevant to their services.

Electronic communications and records

Clients and prospective clients may communicate with us through email, website forms, shared workspaces, or other approved business channels. They are responsible for providing accurate contact information and for protecting access to their own accounts. We may retain correspondence, approvals, project records, invoices, and delivery confirmations when reasonably needed for service performance, security, dispute handling, legal obligations, and legitimate business administration. Electronic communications can be delayed, filtered, misdirected, or accessed through a compromised account. Sensitive credentials should not be sent through an unapproved channel, and suspected account compromise should be reported promptly.

Policy updates and interpretation

We may revise this policy when our services, operational practices, legal obligations, or third-party relationships change. The updated version will be posted on this website with an effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires another approach. Headings are provided for readability and do not limit the meaning of the underlying text. If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law. A delay in enforcing a provision does not permanently waive the right to enforce it. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice.
