About Us

A growth partner for e-commerce brands.

We help businesses build stronger partnership channels through structured affiliate operations, partner relationships, campaign execution, and performance insight.

01

Who we are

Perigee Growth LLC is a business-to-business affiliate marketing management and digital growth services company. We support e-commerce brands and sellers that want to build stronger partnership channels without treating affiliate operations as an afterthought. Our work combines program structure, partner development, campaign coordination, and performance reporting. The company operates from Sheridan, Wyoming, and works through direct business relationships established by inquiry, discovery, written agreement, and agreed payment terms. This website presents our services and provides a way for prospective clients to contact us. It is not an online retail store, marketplace, or self-service advertising platform, and no product purchases are completed through the site.

02

Who we support

Our clients may include direct-to-consumer brands, e-commerce sellers, consumer product companies, online retail businesses, and growing digital brands. Some are preparing to launch an affiliate program for the first time. Others already use an affiliate network but need more consistent administration, a healthier partner pipeline, stronger campaign coordination, or clearer reporting. We shape the engagement around the client’s actual operating stage. A brand with limited internal resources may need foundational support, while a mature team may need focused assistance with partner development or analytics. We do not assume that every brand needs the same platform, commission model, partner mix, or campaign cadence.

03

What we do

Our service scope can include affiliate platform account guidance, program structure, partner application and onboarding processes, publisher and creator research, outreach coordination, relationship management, promotional campaign planning, offer administration, performance monitoring, and stakeholder reporting. Each engagement is defined in writing so the client knows what is included, what remains under its control, and which information or approvals are required. We work with available platforms and data while recognizing their limitations. Third-party networks, publishers, creators, analytics providers, and communication systems remain independent organizations whose rules, availability, and decisions are not controlled by Perigee Growth.

04

How engagements begin

A prospective client starts by submitting an inquiry or emailing our support address. We review the brand, business model, current affiliate activity, priority markets, immediate challenges, and desired support. If the opportunity appears aligned, we arrange a discovery conversation and may request additional business information. We then define the proposed services, responsibilities, timeline, communication rhythm, fees, and deliverables in a written contract or statement of work. Services do not begin merely because a website form was submitted. Both parties must agree to the commercial terms, and the client must provide any necessary access, materials, compliance guidance, and points of contact.

05

Contracts, payment, and ownership

Contracts are completed through an agreed electronic or written signing process. Payment schedules, invoice dates, accepted payment methods, deposits, recurring fees, third-party expenses, cancellation rights, and late-payment consequences are stated in the applicable agreement. This public website does not collect card details or process service payments. Client brands retain their rights in trademarks, product information, original creative material, and other resources they provide. Perigee Growth retains its pre-existing methods, general knowledge, operating processes, and reusable frameworks. Rights to project-specific reports, campaign materials, or other deliverables are governed by the written agreement rather than assumed from website access.

06

Performance and quality

We aim to provide organized, responsive, and commercially grounded support. Quality means maintaining clear records, communicating material issues, following agreed approval processes, protecting brand requirements, and connecting performance observations to practical next steps. Affiliate marketing results are influenced by product demand, pricing, market competition, promotional terms, partner decisions, content quality, tracking systems, attribution rules, inventory, customer experience, and many other factors. For that reason, we do not guarantee a particular level of traffic, partner participation, conversion, sales, ranking, or revenue. We instead commit to the professional services, processes, and deliverables defined in the client agreement.

07

Security and confidentiality

We treat client access credentials, non-public commercial information, campaign plans, partner records, and performance data as sensitive business information. Access should be limited to what is required for the agreed work, and clients should use role-based permissions when their platforms support them. Website inquiries are stored for business follow-up and protected through reasonable technical and organizational controls. We do not request or store complete payment-card numbers, card verification codes, or online banking credentials. Confidentiality obligations, data-handling requirements, and any industry-specific restrictions should be addressed in the service agreement when they are material to the engagement.

08

Ongoing support

The working relationship is maintained through agreed communication channels and review intervals. Depending on scope, support may include recurring status discussions, campaign calendars, partner communication records, performance summaries, decision logs, and written recommendations. We encourage clients to raise changes in product availability, pricing, compliance requirements, brand positioning, target markets, or internal ownership promptly because those changes can affect planned activity. At the end of an engagement, the parties follow the contract regarding final deliverables, account access, outstanding invoices, retention or return of client information, and any transition support. Prospective clients can contact Perigee Growth LLC at support@perigeegrowthllc.com or through the Contact page.
